Description
As the role of physical retail environments and online platforms continue to converge in order to meet customer expectations, retailers require fully integrated solutions. Visitors to the WeShop Intelligent Showroom are able to experience tailored POS services, complemented by an adaptable store design to demonstrate usability within different sectors. Features of the integrated digital eco-systems for sportswear include: utilization of beacon technology to enable personalized services and RFID tag product recognition in conjunction with interactive mirror displays, which are connected across platforms to enable a seamless path to purchase. The collaborative project was commissioned by the Serviceplan Group and Vizona and technology partners Cancom, Cisco.
